Can I save my customized emails for future use?

Absolutely, there's an option in the email with a heart icon, but it's not available yet. We're currently working on it. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience

It's quite straightforward—simply download your subscribers in CSV format from your current platform and then upload them to Gofraze. Follow instructions on how to upload CSV file in Gofraze- Transfer to Gofraze

Can I cancel my plan after buying?

We offer a 3-day free trial so you can explore Gofraze and decide if it's the right platform for your business.

Once you subscribe to a paid plan, all purchases are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds after payment has been processed.

If you wish to stop future renewals, you may cancel your subscription by contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
